Your changer is not in CP... otherwise this fault would have appeared ...

If in your shoes I would run this check Link:- Ross-Tech: VCDS Tour: Optical Bus Diagnostics

If elec./optical test "ok" , then I'd get discs that work and try reflash again ...

Does someone have good cd updates?
I have 5570 can i go from 3350 to 5570

And i have on bus diagnostic

P/N for discs is 4L0 998 961 , have you asked your local main dealer?

I went from 2120 to 5570 ... ran disc 1 once , disc 2 twice (I have factory phone prep) , disc 3 once ...

And i have on bus diagnostic

47-Sound System ERROR ERROR

Even with failed flash I would have thought that tests result would be OK / OK ... but your result of ERROR / ERROR could be because of failed flash :( ...

Did you have MMI / AMP issues before update?

No.
Everything working but no sound because of sound system.

And I have all 3 cds MMI-5570-4L0.998.961

Where is fuse for bose amp?
And what to do with cd changer as it's don't want to read that software?
I burn different cd and same

Number 7 on above image is ST2 ... Fuse 8 = J525 ...

Location of fuses is on right hand side of boot behind trim ...

It's not uncommon for Bose amps to fail during updates, I've had 1 that failed during an update an had to be replaced. If you want to remove power from the AMP just unplug the large connector going into the AMP. If you have tried new discs and it's still not working then best have a look on ebay for a S/H unit, they can be picked up cheap, but you will need to remove CP via your local Audi dealer.

Fuse is fine.
Thats not good news :(
I was checking errors whats showing on display and there is MOST 640,Klemme 550,
Switching shutdown and so so so....

Does someone have cd which works?
Or audi dealers selling them?

Do i need to do this to read cd's
2. in the ‘hidden menu’ goto MMI>Settings en set “SWDL manuell” and “SWDL ignore Region/VMC' (see picture in previous post) ON

3. insert the EU 5570 file CD in the CD changer on location 1
4. choose in the “hidden menu” for “Start Bootloader”
5. Unit will start update
6. When the update finished: leave the 5570 CD in the changer, and press SETUP & RETURN at the same time and choose “UPDATE”
7. The system will update
8. When finished: remove the 5570 CD from the changer
9. Insert the latest EU DVD in the DVD player
10. Check whether the unit will read the DVD and shows TMC etc.

This site seems to have some Link:- Audi Resource - MMI Menu

I'm not registered there nor have I used them from there ... once or twice when I tried duplicated CD's in changer it did not like them I'd personally get from main dealer as I don't like idea of a failed update due to bad discs ...
