Meet before SCS

Seeing as the last Scottish meet was quite well attended lets organise another one before the Scottish Car Show arrives as Im gonna be real busy in the run up to it as have alot of cars to detail now. Time is getting kinda short so I know Leslie is organising the Karting on the 19th which afew of us are attending so basically a month after the karting. So if anyone has ideas then get them up and we will discuss. Knockhill was previously suggested at the end of last year so we might keep this open for a mega Scottish meet after the SCS.

We're having a meet in Aberdeen at the end of the month - meeting up in Banchory and then going for a blast through the glens. Anyone wanting to join in is more than welcome.

I liked the idea of Knockhill, but there's not much going on up there in June.... SMRC meet on Sunday 23rd and a Stock Car event midweek after that.

We talked about a massive Scottish meet last year and Knockhill was one of the venues. We will get the SCS out of the way and then put the feelers out to see what people want.

Big meet at Knockhill would be good...went to one a few years back held by ScottishVAG. It was held on the same day as a track day so plenty of stuff going on and there was loads of cars there

Event: German Invasion Day
Location: Crail Raceway Crail Raceway Drag Strip & Race Car Track Scotland
Date n time: 30/06/13 9 am to 430 pm
Price and activities: £10 per person

1/4 mile drag: £15 per car
Time Attack: £10 per car
Drift oval: £5 per car

Helmets will be needed for convertibles and cars doing time attack.

Please let me know if any more information is needed.
