RS3 Summer meet........... July or August 2013

​Here it is we're rolling already.......

Had a good chat with everyone at recent meet and the general consensus is the same. We'll go for a similar format,
meet point will be decent hotel, close to open circuit for novices to try out their RS3 on.

We will post up a poll in a few weeks, let's get suggestions regarding location and dates generally sorted.

. Need two dates preferably one in July and the other in August
. Want to make this a Southern venue if possible
. RS3 only please
. General details only, no specifics..... proof was in the pudding on Sunday, keep it that way

you thinking karting track or are people more interested in full track time?

karting track was a buzz...... thinking similar type of track but maybe with a couple of longer straights to get up through the DSG gearbox......

. Cars must be clean/detailed
. MBK and Mr Freeze can battle it out leading the pack
. robbiemac bringing up the rear (just how I like it)
. maximum of 5 Ibis White cars, cause I'm sick of them
. beat 11no. Attendees, as we missed our £half-mill target
. Southern location, palm trees, beaches......
. Spa hotel as meet point, otherwise my Missus will freak out.....
. July, August preferred.... Suggest at least two dates


I'm going to nominate MBK and CatnipRS3 as these boy's will deliver..........

As the furthest traveling member thus far (pouts out small chest and looks proud) I'm in, end July works for me and possibly August too...

Hopefully I might actually have given the thing a proper clean by then!

Hopefully it'll be a bit dryer and warmer too...

27/28 July for us, the mrs will be coming along too. We could do without the hassle of fighting with the August BH traffic. The GoPro budget has been increased for the next meet so there could be a lot more video from more of the cars...

Hi mate,
Always up for a Glasgow meet, usually in Glasgow every 2-3 weeks. Picked Deep South for July for weather etc.....
there's a lot of RS3 drivers in that neck of the woods, so off we go. Why don't you organise a Northwest Scotland meet for October time, I'd definitely show......:thumbsup:

Would love a south coast venue, however could be a traffic nightmare........

Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire with Milton Keynes as a first meet point would be cool......
