Not had a good experience with these places. First one did my estate and it looked like they had cleaned it off with a half brick. 2nd time just before I went on a track day a local place sealed dirt in on the bonnet and kerbed my n/s/f alloy then denied it.

What an absolute nightmare! Feel for you! My sis in law had a similar situation with a hand car wash place, damage wasn't as bad (dust a dented bumper), but no liability insurance, she ended up paying out of her own pocket....on the upside, the dent was nice and clean
