Hello all
Heres a pic of the inline catch can (thanks chun) i fitted earlier.
Very simple to fit.
The nozzles that fit into the can and hose are small, will need to find some that fit.
But for now some insulating tape wrapped around the nozzles work fine.
This can is tiny cheap and easy to empty, just unscrew the plastic can on the bottom.

looks a lot easier to accomodate and neater than the huge ebay cans.
I'd look to see if the inlet and outlet can be retapped, as it is only 1/8th inch thread.

I wonder how often you'd have to empty it ?

It seems to small, and what is it actually doing? fumes/debris will fly past that i would have thought, it is just going to catch the odd bit of moisture by gravity?
better than nothing i suppose ...

Nice job mate but that looks way too small, youll end up doig more harm than good, if that container fills up before you empty it, your going to get oil/water going bak into the sump and rocker cover which wot be good for the engine.

There is a filter in there, and it takes about a minute to undo and empty.
the ebay one was a pain to fit and a lot of pipe work.
just wanted something simple and inline.
i will keep my eye on it and see how long before it fills up.
you will have to retap to 1/4 if you want the 19mm ends.

my whole understanding of a catch can, is that the process occuring is condensing, the hot gasses leave the crank casing and go into a largeish chamber, where they cool and the vapour contained in them condenses out and gets caught in the can, and what remains as gas carries on along it's way either back into the TIP or VTA.

I'd be worried that something tiny like that not only has not enough space to allow fluids to condense out of the gas, but it also looks like it'd be restrictive and actually stop the engine breathing

i personally like small independant specialist.
They are usually enthusiasts who are innovative and come up great solutions.
i like the small inline catch can idea.
Small, baffled and easy to install and empty
Whats not to like?
i would not slate any company i have never had dealt with.
If there rubbish, then i will say and why there rubbish.
