Anyone have a contact for audi Europe? email or phone, getting nowhere with audi UK

I'm not sure you'll get much more joy if UK won't listen. Each operating territory will have it's own rules, so you're better off contacting trading standards or a magazine like Auto Express if you really feel you have a case worth pursuing and you're getting nowhere with Audi UK.

not sure if it's much of a case either, but Aberdeen Audi are a bunch of lying AR$EHOLES, bought my car in march 2012 (used) and was told the car was "Fully serviced and would not be required for 2 further years" 4 month later the service light pops on. They also told me it had a full MOT again after i checked the service records for complaint 1 i find the mot was due begining September, yes i should have checked the documentation over, but i did not expect to be blatantly lied too. I have had words with the sales guy Ross at Aberdeen who has denied he said that, i've also had words with the sales manager Callum who advises i signed a document to say i was happy with the car not being serviced or MOT'd (smells of poo) however i've asked for a copy of the document and i am still waiting. No joy with Audi UK as they just fob you off over the phone.
I will certainly not use another Audi dealer again -

Sorry to hear of your woes. Unfortunately as Audi are run as a franchise model Audi UK has very little control over the franchisee beyond taking the franchise away from them which obviously they won't do unless they detect massive issues. About 5 years ago Mercedes Benz had similar issues and they bought back all the franchises as they wanted to control sales / service and their customer satisfaction has gone up significantly since.

Many of the franchise dealers are just 'garages' with fancy cladding, and have little formal training or idea of what it is to offer a quality service.

Is it worth aiming for the head of the franchise group (assuming there is one - usuals are Clark's / Lomond group etc.)

Yes it's john clarks, will be looking for contacts with them also. Latest from Aberdeen Audi was that they "were sitting looking at a signed document" signed by me stating that i was happy to accept car as not serviced or not full MOT, asked for this document to be sent to me. It's not signed by me, nor is it signed by them or even dated. I'll certainly never by from John clark/Aberdeen Audi again.

Shocking, but these days not unexpected. Just because they have a prettier tin shed doesn't mean they're any better than a second hand car lot I'm afraid.

thanks Warren, it's very true. Got more customer care with the Type R (2nd car)from 3rd party dealer, nothing seems to much trouble for him, live and learn.

update: after a battle of words with Audi Uk they have refused to help, putting it down to the franchisee (john clark group) to rectify, i contacted john clarks dealer principle for the whole group (PM if you'd like details) after getting info from an aquaintence who worked there. A few days after i sent him the details he called me back, they are now providing me with the service as 'a goodwill gesture' due to the fact there was some discrepancies with their paperwork. All good now, i'll get the car booked in. Happy days......for now.

Hope they do the honourable thing, about time too. Audi UK seem to have very little control of their dealers which is disappointing.

Well done for keeping the pressure on them, don't let them off the hook.
