Thanks again Damian. Guess it's off topic on this thread now but I'm trying to keep it here rather than create a new thread.
Noted that. Presumably it would be £125.00 delivery for the Konigsport to Australia as well?
Apart from top mounts and bearing (front) and rear mounts, are there anything else that I need to buy to install the coilovers? I've read members here recommending ARB's replaced to go with coils, and, adjustable rear end links. Don't I'll need the adjustable rear end links as I won't be going any lower than the highest setting of 30mm? Is that right?
I still can't make a decision on this. The more research I do, more avenues open up! I just figured that the Vogtland 50/30 springs would leave me about 15mm gap front and about 20mm gap rear, which is pretty much what I wanted to achieve! And thinking of combining it with good dampers such Bilstein or Koni for comfort. Opinions/advice based on your experience on them and/or feedback from your customers who have tried this combo (can't find anyone here in ASN who has tried it) would be appreciated.
Another option that I'm entertaining (again!) is to start with budget coilovers say JOM or FK AK Street Coilovers (both below £200). At the highest spring setting (i.e., at minimum 30mm drop only), how do the ride comfort/softness compare to A3 S-line suspension? To give you an idea of my opinion of my ride comfort/softness standard, I've driven an A3 with S-line suspension (a few hundred k's on the clock - dealer demo car) and to me it's a bit crashy/bumpy as compared to my sport suspension (15mm factory drop). Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers.
