im currently enjoying what i believe the perfect compliment to a cup of tea:
P5160185.jpg

jammie dodgers.
the perfect blend of crunchy biscuit and sweet jammy centre. it soaks up just the right amount of tea and NEVER breaks off in ya brew, what more could a man ask for!

my question to you is, whats your favourite biscuit, and why?
and please, upload pics of your tea breaks for all to see. we all need the inspiration during a hard days work!

Is it your poor camera or is that the actual colour of your tea. Looks like fkn hot milk. Get another pg tips bag in their quick!

some people like their tea strong, im guessing you're one of them. i dont like mine weak, the tea bag is brewed for a good 5 mins then sqeezed out, then the milk to leave it a nice tan colour.

well now we all have a place to gather come tea/coffee break time.

although mine will mostly be tea related. everytime i have a cup of coffee, as soon as i finish my last drop i find myself bolting to the toilet like a bat out of hell! laxative aint got sh*t on coffee!

ads what did you have? any baked friends to go with it?

come on guys, everyone knows that chocolate digestives are the best biccy ever made ;) hehe

Just getting prepped for a nice brew and a packet of Maryland cookies. 2 second dunk, 1 mouthful, 0 left over. Mmmm!

Plain digestives are my favourite, you also need a bit of skill when dunking em,oh and coffee not tea as only like that in the morning.

How do you know that Karl :)

Malted milk with Nutella spread on them, make a biscuit sandwich and dunk it in. Nothing more delicious..................

Made these when I was away camping last summer

Nothing better than one of these bad boy and a coffee to wake you up in the morning.

as recommended by someone, a caramel kitkat
P5180187.jpg

purchsed a full pack for a bargain £1.58

i shall dunk one stick, and leave the other, to give a fair review

conclusion
upon opening the kitkat the smell is very strong, very nice, but smells very sickly.
i dunked the first stick, cant beat melted chocolate, but im afraid the wafer isnt much of a dunker and doesnt pick up as much tea as one would like. still, a very nice biscuit.
next was the second stick, no dunk. SOOOOO nice, better than a normal kitkat, not too sickly.
the best bit, was washing it down with a brew, its absolutely perfect.

big thanks to reesy for this recommendation. hopefully more people can now broaden their horizons in the biscuit world and confidently try a caramel kitkat. i hope everyone else is as satisfied as myself.
i can now carry on working after a relaxing tea/biscuit break.

good day people

Rich tea biscuits! Although dunk time is sacrificed for this one, I am a man who enjoys taking risks! :yum:
