W3sty, you need another car as a project now to get you through the winter months. A week in lanzarote sounds good. I think i need a
holiday as well, maybe soon though, got to much on just now.

I need to buy a house first before I spend any more money on cars. As soon as I have my own garage things might change :eyebrows:
 
Thats a fair point w3sty. Need somewhere to work on the car, lol. Dont know what property prices are like down your way, but up here at
the moment its a buyers market.
 
Morning all.

Nothing doing here - couple of remote support connections to install software, grey and wet on the South-coast but due to improve later, had to put the light on in the office as it's too dark.

Didn't want to get out of bed this morning, felt like autumn - but not as cold.

Sandra - hope you feel better soon - avoid dairy as that won't help your congestion.

S3dave - hope your **** feels better soon - not a nice feeling.

Where I live prices are stupid. 2 bed flats go for £200K+! Where my gf lives we can get a 4 bed detatched with garage for £200K.

I've not been to Carmen for years dave. My parents have a time share in Playa Blanca, but we've rented a private villa with pool somewhere else in Playa Blanca ;)

Morning Paul, i dont feel much like eating tbh. Throat is raw, even drinking water hurts. The worst part is the sore ear.
 
W3sty, your prices are horrendous. I just bought a 2 bedroom flat, with front and rear garden and garage for 70k. Its in perfect condition, lots of extras as owners needed a quick sale. Property valued at 105k. I got a real bargain.
 
Ah i dont know about rent free, but it is very reasonable @ £350 a week and sleeps 4 comfortably with a shared pool (4 apartments) its usually empty..and you have it all to yourself .. Maid service, 4 times a week, I own it with 2 other people as an investment, im sure i could skim some discount off....:beerchug: we are going for our second one in the beautiful playa blanca shortly

I'm only 20 miles from London on a main rail line straight into the city so it's a joke. My gf lives in Cambs so it's a bit cheaper but still nasty. It's so difficult for first time buyers down here.

Playa Blanca rocks. I've been going there for the last 12 years and love it.

i went there a few yrs back, it was windy as foooook but a good holiday

Damo looks like kenny will be moving in on 16th september, which is only 3 weeks away. Just takes time to do stuff with land registry andtransfer the deeds.

im all about Subtlety... got my ASN open, facebook open, hotmail open and playing angry birds on the iphone...might try and squeeze in some work too
