ASN's Pub

I got a difficult task a head of me.
My Capability Manager wants me to fill out my Career Aspirations for the short term and long term.
I don't have any.
I've been stuck in a rut for the last 6 years, go no wants to progress through IT and go no idea what I want to do career wise or where to go.
I don't think they will let me put down 'house husband' lol
 
Man, so BORED. Waiting to go now at half 4 and get the keys followed by the daughter! lol.

I have had loads on today but I have fired through it and still managed to maintain a healthy presence here.

Hope my missus is getting on OK at work. She lucked into a job as a Wedding Planner at a local (massive and very expensive) wedding venue in Gloucestershire (Matara Centre at Kingscote Park, Civil Weddings, Accommodation, Events, Open Gardens, Near Tetbury in the Cotswolds Gloucestershire). She's replacing their current wedding co ordinator there which is a massive job managing about 30 staff and she's just out of uni.

First wedding she's done on her own there today, and she was really nervous I think. Bless her, I'm really proud of her because she's doing so well. (awww)
 
I've got a solid hour left yet, and then more work and tbh I've been shattered all day, stupid 8 games of squash in 90 minutes last night probably didnt help, lol

Dane, is that good or bad?
I got no idea about squash, I know you drink it or hit a ball at a wall really hard. lol
How long you been doing the pub job?
Whats the reason for two jobs?

I dont hide, sometimes i forget to sign out, lol.
 
I think its pretty good we normally get about 6 games in in 90 mins. I dont know much about it either but its an easy thing to play between me and my bro. We are a little bit competitive! lol

Two jobs has been going for 2 years now, the reason being instead of rioting etc. I'd rather work hard for what I want, and tbh I dont earn all that much from my day job, starting at the bottom and all, so the pub pretty much keeps me in petrol lol. I try and only spend my wages from the pub and save what gets paid into my bank.

You cant afford big turbos by sitting at home/going out drinking on a friday night. lol

Thats very true and a very good point.
All of my wages goes to the misses, she pays the bills and whats ever left I spend. lol

I invest wisely, and spend occasionally.
 
Cars in the air and drivers side caliper is fitted. Now I need to remove the PCD adapter from the passenger side to remove the dust shield but when I put the car in gear it's not locking the drive shafts like it was on Tuesday! :wtf:

Not a clue where our money goes. I think the misses puts it all in to savings when I'm not looking and then blames me for spending it all on the car.

If anything like mine, Bet she always got a full drawer of makeup and a neatly cut hair do eh..!Got the one I live in and got two I rent out, did have 3 but sold one off a couple of yrs ago after we renovated it. It's cheaper than a savings/ pension policy and I'll get a better return ;)
 
I'm on my own and there's no calipers fitted to grip the disc!!!!

I sorted it by jamming a big screwdriver in the disc vent and wedging in against the floor. Time to do the lines now, wish me luck

Thats what I want to do.
Not happening yet, we need to buy our own house or wait till the family dies off. lol

But first, we will build our own house.

Another good day today, everyday that goes past without the ***** in my life just seems to get better n better :)

Had our weekly 5 a side game this evening, we won 6-2 putting us top of the league :)
