Hi,

I have VCDS lite registered version. I'm a new novice user and really only bought it to diagnose the occasional fault.

My parking sensors have stopped working, they were intermittent. The fault code I get is 01549 - supply voltage for parking aid sensor. 29-00 - short to ground.

When I try and use the measuring blocks in VCDS, I don't seem to get anything to show movement from the sensors? I want to try and pinpoint which sensor is not working but I'm not sure how?

Can anyone please explain how to do this?

Cheers

Check its plugged in 1st as they have been known to have connectors slip of, also are you saying vcds is registered with a license with RT, if so you're entitled to support from them directly, so ping them an email.

Did u get a solution for the park distance control sensors?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kindest regards
Mirza
