What are you upto on the 29th then?

I'll be working, but I have no idea how this event will be effecting business.? I guess a majority of you will be having a day off, so a long weekend, or are you actually going to celebrate the day in question?

I'm not sure what I'm doing.
I said i'll work it cause I get loads of extra time off but we are unsure if we are going to be needed or even if the navy wants us in.

If i'm off then i'll proberly go to the beach or something with the dogs.
If i'm working then I'll proberly bring my laptop in and play games.

street party, bunting, union jack flags, tea and cake on foldaway tables - the full works. Come down after work!

I have the day off, but as yet no plans to do anything. Hopefully the weather will be nice so i can get out with the kids.

I might even pop the telly on around 11 to see what all the hype is about!

It was nice of the government to make my sons sixth birthday a bank holiday! So we are thinking of going to Warrick Castle to see the Merlin exhibition.

We have a street party and have a load of friends going so it'll be a good day,Gord Bless the happy couple.

We are going to have a lie in, get up late, watch the wedding at home probably, then if the weather is good, get to a beer garden and chill out.

Its not everyday we have a royal wedding, so am quite interested in it to see how the other half lives!!

It's a normal working day for me but i get paid double time and get given an extra day's holiday.

They were decent enough to get married on my anniversary, so I'll be celebrating the day off on a long weekend break up in the Lakes.

Park the car at the hotel, forget about driving it on the congested roads up there, hit the hills & enjoy the gourmet food in the evenings.

Really looking forward to it...

It's my cousin's birthday that day so we'll be partying for both I guess.

We are going on holiday to Wales, can't wait. Gonna be hitting my first proper mtb trail with a mate and well looking forward to it.

I'll just catch up on the wedding on the news at night. Wouldn't mind seeing it if i was home, but won't be abandoning the holiday for it.

Jo, we may be getting a takeaway at night but since we are nowhere near it won't be from you, sorry.

I'm working nights that week - I actually finish my overnight shifts the Saturday morning after the wedding.

I'm certainly not going to get up and watch it on the telly... why would I when I could be asleep and dreaming about being Amber Heards personal grooming assistant?

A far more enjoyable activity.

I'll be heading to the golf course, so i don't have to sit through it.

Living down the road from Windsor I get enough reminders of how the other half live!

Agreed!

Sorry but I'm not into the royals and don't see the point any more.

I will be out ( with my head phones on! ) polishing the new motor and looking for any spair change left by the previous owner lol

I'll be going to a friends house for BBQ and all day party. The wedding will be on the TV but I doubt anyone will actually pay attention. It's just a good excuse for a booze up as far as I'm concerned.

I wish them well for the future, he's by far the best of the Royal bunch but I wont stay in to watch it, although for me its on in the evening lol

I'll be 35000 feet in the air on the way back from Dubai, and I can't think of a better place to be!
