I want to but some 19" RS6 Replica wheels for my Audi A4 Cab but im scared they will rub because the B6 wasn't meant to have 19"s. I think i understand how the off-set works but im not to sure. I've been told that the off-set for my car is 45-35 whether that's true or not i couldn't tell you. So the higher the off-set number the closer the wheel is to the body and the lower the off-set the wheel is closer to the arch. I don't want my wheels to stick out to much because i don't like that type of look but at the same time i don't want them to be to inward either because that looks horrible so what off-set do i get? I just want the wheels to look normal.

This is the company i want to buy the wheels from does anybody know anything about them?

Why buy reps? Theres loads of these around oem?
Because there cheap and cheerful and plus i went to my local Audi garage and they wanted £600 a wheel (i nearly had a heart attack).

Isnt 48 A4 Standard?
I was told 45 was but to be honest i don't have a clue so your most probably right.

43 - 35 offset for our B6, try to go for et35 as they will fill the arch out nice.

I doubt you"ll be able to choose the offset, and it depends on the width of the wheel too, and I can't see that mentioned in the advert so you might need to contact the seller.

They're probably 8J, and as mentioned if you aim for an offset of 35 you'll be fine. The lower the offset the more the wheels will stick out from the centre is the easiest way to remember it. The majority of RS6 style wheels in 18" size will be 43, and the stance will usually be improved by 10mm spacers (making the offset 33).

As you can see your right they are 8J but the off-set is wrong because its 45.

Do you have a pic of an Audi with an off-set of 35 so i can see what it looks like because i havent got a clue? Thanks!

This should give you an idea.

Hmmmm I seem to have gained my first dislike for my last post

Sorry I was viewing from my phone so couldn't see the full listing with the offset.

These are both 18" wheels, the RS6's are ET43 and the Nuvo's are ET 35. Probably not the best pics, but will hopefully give you an idea.

I'm starting to like off-set 35 now but i don't want to get that just in case i don't like it because i would feel like committing suicide after spending the money.

I run 19" RS6 reps with a 35mm offset and they are perfect and look great too, 45 would be hiding under the arches somewhere! I'm on the look out for some new wheels as I need new tyres so might as well have a change, what a nightmare trying to decide what to get!! I quite like LM's and Vertini Riviera's but know they will be hard work to keep clean!

Could you upload some pics of your car so i can see what a 35mm offset looks like because i still haven't made up my mind yet?

here you go, I would not go for ET45 if it was me, 35 is just right unless you want to use spacers to bring it back out to the edges but that seams silly to me! ET45 is for Golfs/TT's etc..

If your selling your wheels i would be interested for the right price. Are the wheels replica's or OEM? Nice pics but have you got a pic head on so i can see how much the wheel stick out?

they are replicas but very well kept with just one wheel having a small mark on, I'm being very fussy here and not the usual junk you find on ebay! I was going to keep them as winter wheels as the wheels I want will be a nightmare to keep clean in winter! they have done about 5k miles but inside tyre walls have hair line cracks (no idea why this happened), got an advisory at last MOT but I would be happier with new tyres to be honest..

Thanks for the very informative pics i appreciate it. That's it you've convinced me im going for a 35mm offset. Ok no prob i understand that's fine. One last question the wheels on the link are a 45mm offset so how do i get a 35mm offset? Do i just call them up and ask and they make them 35mm specifically for me?

when I bought mine 2 year ago there were loads on eBay, seams like only a few people sell them now? but you should be able to find them with the correct 35mm offset easy enough, just email a few sellers.. you would need 10mm spacers to get an ET45 offset wheel to sit where an ET35 does (if that makes sense!)

Mark.

Try some of these places. Phone them and see if they can help. Mind get 5x112 fitment.
Oh yeah i forgot about the fitments. Thanks for the links mate!
I already called this company today and spoke to a guy called Mike but he said he doesn't have any in stock at the moment but he took my number and said he would check with his suppliers and give me a call back in the morning (fingers crossed).
Ill call this company first thing in the morning.

Hope you get some mate. Sounds like your heart set on them. They are still one of the best looking wheels on the a4.

Are any of those wheels on standard sports suspension?
