Common fault. Can't remember what the fix was... try searching 'cup holder' on the forum!

as said - common fault, when mine stuck i kept tapping it (you'll feel like a muppet for ten minutes) but then it released, the mechanism gets a bit sticky and jams up.

give it a good clean out and you should be alright

got it out, sprayed it with lube and it still doesnt come out...should it be spring loaded?

get some stereo keys or a couple of thin knives n yank it out. then lube it all up n shizzle

managed to get it completely out lubed it up but when i put it back in and then try to gett it out it doesnt budge
