Surely the ceramic coating would only compound the problem? I thought the idea of ceramic coating was to keep the heat in the manifold! Does anyone know what material that 034 mani was cast with?

Ceramic coating on the inside??? are you sure? never heard of that before... I would be concerned about it flaking off and potentially damaging the turbine wheel...

I applaud you for making a lot of products for the 1.8T but that doesn't change the tone in which you are replying to people on here. Shipping a ceramic coated version of a manifold that cracks is not going to solve the actual problem is it? My opinion is that it is not but I am open to hearing how it would have
Is the fueling ok if its doing that??
