Sorry its a bit different, I played with it in multiplayer with a friend (split screen), I haven't tryed single player arcade so it may be different, Ill check in a couple of hours

You looked in the world tracks yet? Haha theres a few tabs of tracks the TGTT is near the end in the world section, you deffo get it after the beginner one

I can confirm, GOLD in the Camper Van Race will unlock the TGTT in arcade and practice mode :icon_thumright:

I think i got gold on that one, try braking whilst you still have the power on, so X and square at the same time. Saves you lifting off and then oversteering

Do time trial are we allowed to adjust settings like abs etc? I think tires should be same for everyone and the car should be stock, but the rest should be good to change.

GT5 is a good game. trying to complete the professional series as apprently you win a Bugatti Veyron when you complete it with gold in everything.

only need to do the world championship then i will find out if its true of not

anyone lese collecting trophies ? i've done 29% so far, pretty easy to get

I think EVERYTHING should be the same, otherwise some will have an unfair advantage over others

Ye trophies are easy to get, but there are about 20 hidden ones. Go into the trophies section on the PS3 home screen and it tells you how to get trophies apart from the hidden ones

I have accuired the lupo just need the track now

Complete euro hot hatch in amateur, then do the lupo cup in pro series and you win the lupo 1.4 02' !!!!

The second result down was from a standing start, I did one lap on time trial and stopped before the end, lined the bottom of the wing mirrors up with the top of the start line and I was off.

It's not the fastest I could of done but it gives an idea of the rough time from standing and an easy, repeatable, position to start by lining up the bottom of the mirrors with the top of the start finish line.

I got the game now...woohoo!!!

Ordered it from Amazon, put next day delivery it was £8.99, so I cancelled it and did the normal free one, got a mail saying expect it in about a week...to my surprise, it arrived the next day!!!!

WOOHOO....and i double checked to see it wasnt next day and I wasnt charged for it....its all good.

About to upload my pic now as I finally unlocked the TGTT. I found that a few risky manoeuvres were necessary on the first lap to get me to 4th. Then I was in 1st coming out of hammerhead. Just had to keep my cool then. So glad I finally managed it!!

I know my time won't count as it doesn't start until tomorrow but roughly on a par with Dane's preliminary time so I'm happy. The lupo feels like a Ferrari after the camper van race.

Oh. And it's obviously the 1:46 time is my standing start. 1:42 was a rolling start.
