I never really had a delivery date...I told them to just push it through ASAP... my build date was 9th January but has now been in Transport to port in Germany... the dealership has since been in contact as soon as it hit status 30 (last week) and told me it would be with me before end of Feb.
so fingers crossed...

Same for me! Was told before the end of Jan but won't hold my breath. I'm not waiting for the 17 plate as on PCP and can't see it making too much of a difference

When I ordered it was March 2017 for delivery with a February build date. Since then I've had the following build dates: 1st May, 10th April, 27th March and now I'm on the 3rd April... Nightmare!

Is that from the your Audi page? How have you copied and pasted a list like that? I literally just have the little green numbered circles - mine being on number 2 still. That's on my phone mind, not sure if the desktop version is any different.

Me neither... I did speak to Audi CS yesterday and they said I should get on a boat by next weekend (27th). So, I guess by the time it gets on a Transporter and to the dealer, that going to be around 10-14th February, then it's got a few days to go through PDI. So it's actually only sat around for about a week before I can collect it on the 1st March. Worked out quite well with timing to be honest. I must say, it's been rather smooth and effortless so far.
although there's a lovely ara blue TTS black ed that's just been delivered

Hi, been keeping an eye on this forum since i order my A3 Sportback 1.4 TFSI back in December! Copied this link and followed the instructions but keep getting this come up... (currently on 'preparation' stage too!

I have just come off the phone to my dealer after another spec change (Brilliant Black to Ibis White) and he says that my Audi A3 is about to be built. On yourAudi, my build date is still 3rd April but he says delivery to the dealer is booked in for the end of March. Anyone else had this?

I'd ask him to check the status.... sounds like he's just putting you off.
Surely changing your spec will push your car to the back of the queue? That's what I was told by my saleman
I've changed it a few times but he says they're not considered big changes and won't really have an affect... On the sheet he just sent me, it does say something about status 10?
EDIT: Also says location 40002 - Port of Sheerness
That's really useful, thank you! I feel as if my dealer is trying to fob me off a bit and I think it is because I mentioned the new tax scheme and who will pay the difference? :/

Your Audi says the order date was 16/11/2016, spec is S3, Ara Blue Black Edition Sportback, 19" v spoke alloys with mag ride, tech pack advanced with virtual cockpit, auto dimming/folding door mirrors, super sports seats, hill hold assist, Matrix LED's and rear parking sensors.
