I recently changed my headlights and now I have to keep turning them off and on to get them to fire up,any ideas as to why this is happening? It's both headlights

are they xenon or halogen? if they are xenon my first thought would be ballasts however as its happening to both your are either very unlucky and both ballasts are on the way out or something else it causing it.
