Ever since i put the white sidelights in my S3 (upgrade from yellow ones to the xenon white), the plastic on the xenon light has started to bubble on the top edge and gone all grainy if you understand what i mean?

Do these sidelights produce more heat to melt the plastic and can it be sorted by rubbing down?

    cheers

If they are are higher wattage than 5w the they'll produce more heat. Are the l.e.d or normal 501 filament bulbs?

they are LED 501 bulbs, can you buy new lense covers as there are two clips at the top of the xenon itself?

No, don't think you can buy just lense covers, i'm after some myself lol I'm surprised its bubbling with the leds though, they should be cooler than the normal bulbs

well to be honest, i tried to use some very fine wet and dry and the lense now looks dull. But on th plus side the rough, bubbling has gone!
