I have been slightly involved in a warm discussion about the S3 v R32. I had an R because I liked the sound and the look and the comfort. I sold it because it was very expensive to modify. I now have an 8L because they are much cheaper to modify and the look and comfort are ok but not as nice as the R. If VAG made an R32 Turbo I would have one in a heartbeat because being turbo it would be much cheaper to modify and the results could potentially be in supercar territory. If money was not an issue would you chuck in your weedy 1.8t for the V6 3.2t?!!
