Would an S3 Cat-Back fit my A3 Turbo?

Im looking at a new CatBack from Fleabay.

Its for an S3.

And they dont make it for an A3.

Are they the same moutings?

Also...

How different/simialr are Gofl/Ibiza fittings?

if it was a a3 quattro id say yes, but im sure it wont fit a a3 non qauttro

I don't think it will fit. From memory, the front wheel drive A3 has the silencer lengthwise down the car; whereas the S3/A3 quattro has the silencer across the back of the car behind the rear bumper.

Yes, my backbox is on the ns of my car, and not length ways...
So... this would not fit?

The blueflame exhaust im looking at is the same style as mine, only it has a long metal bar which goes to the O/S of the car to mount.

no, itwon't fit (unless a quattro)

if you are looking for a catback for an A3 FWD, get a VW Mk4 one and the cut the rear valance. It fits better.

So the VW Mk4 Exhaust is same mounts as the A3. Will go straight on?
