The one with the fork is brilliant! He even put in an elastic band to bring the 'handle' back! :respekt:

Might put a red bull can around one of the pipes and then write a letter to see if they want to sponsor me?

About 25 years ago my parents had a VW camper van to do a trip to spain - when we got to spain the exhaust was blowing badly, so local mechanic did a bodge with using a baked bean can - did the job though!

I bought a car a few year ago with a blowing exhaust. Got it home only to find it had a baked bean tin wrapped around it.

Might have been the same bloke haha

That was a common repair in years gone by.
