Working out Injector CC's a min

I've got some Weber injectors n wanted to know if anyone knew how to work out the cc per min figure the manufacturers claim. They don't have any part numbers on them.
I've got an injector diagnostic machine n run them for 10 seconds on mode 1 which is 1666rpm, 50/50 duty, 6 bar n got 80cc which is 480cc per min.
Is this right or do they do it entirely different?

If you want bigger fuel injectors the you need some Vauxhall Astra VXR injectors £130 they flow 470cc at 3 bar

Yeh I know I just want to know what these are n how to work it out.
