Wiring Looms & Equipment, WHO NOT TO USE.

Hi all,
As many of you would no i have recently been fitting my ICE in my newly brought A3, Anyway, I purchase the RCA adaptor and Facia from CARAUDIODIRECT, Cough Cough, BIG MISTAKE! i ordered it end of last month and coming the 14th of April i shall have been waiting 2 weeks for it. Some advice for you all, buy them from INCARDISCOUNT.co.uk, I got my speaker adaptors from them and it came the next day no worries and decnt prices.

You just check if they've got them in stock. If they haven't then you can wait 2 weeks. I've ordered a number of JL subs from them and had to wait 5 days, but they don't hold stock so have to order them in.
You can buy the RCA adapter in Halfords if you're desperate.

I've already spoken to them one excuse after another, First it was just "wait a few days" now it's "oh we have strike at out local PO", So if you knew that then why send it royal mail me asks???? No logic there but hey we'll see what the Mail brings this week.

i cant see how you can blame a company for extenuating circumstances like that /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

i have used CAD on a number of occasions and have had no problem at all with them /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I've used Car Audio Direct too. Everything ordered arrived the next day. No problems at all. You must have just been unlucky!!

Car Audi Direct is run by a long established Oxford audio specialist, I have bought alot from their shop over the years and they are pretty clued up. There actually has been a postal strike in Oxford so they weren't fobbing you off on that one...

Have used C A D on a number of occassions never been a problem.
