OK, removed the mirror glass and removed the motor but just cannot seem to remove the casing for a quick paint job. Taken the screws out beneath and the 3 that seem to hold the motor in inside but it just wont budge. Bit worried of breaking something else! (managed to break the mirror so need another and think they aint cheap as mine are dimming as well as heated!!) I've tried trying to slide it off but nothing!!!

    Any tips please folks

This is what i'm left with....

There are 2 tabs only seen from underneath that need dislodging to the side about 3-5mm so the casings can slide up & over metal chassis, sometimes with force these will move auto, but get torch & look under & then they will lift of ok.

I have 1 for sale if you want, PM me, it doesnt have any line down it for blind side according to ETKA so this will do, can you confirm?

Ah just saw your pic above, yours arent dimming Sarah, just heated & 4 way movement, no need to remove the motor either as you have in the pic anyway.
