Windows Ploblems, Inside Lights And Alarm Is Not Working

hello
i have buy a audi a6 1999 model 2.4 auto , but the windows not working at all the alarm and the inside lights. I have open the control module under the seat and clean and dry everything ,but still not work anything ,any idea what may fix this ploblem ?

Check the fuse

Had the same problem on my B5 A4 and it was just a blown fuse. No idea why it went as there was no water in the car.
