    Er, no, perhaps not...

    http://www.autonews.com/files/2006_paris/audi/s3/pages/01.htm

But if this is your idea of a subtle Audi then have a look at the pictures from the Paris Motor Show this year...

I personally am still waiting for a Sprint Blue and have yet to see this in any decent pictures…

If we had an R8 forum (Moderators?) then we could idly chat about the other monster on display there...

But I just can seem to find the other £70K I left lying about, I know it was somewhere, oh yes, tied up in the mortgage that's where.

The S3 looks pretty tame, even in orange. :-(

Such a missed oppertunity. The R8 and the new TT really show the S3 up for what it is, a 4 year old shape with new bumpers.

Think bright orange could work but it would need lowering with gunmetal colour wheels.

What a let down - I really can't see why anybody would buy this over a 2.0TDI or 2.0T S-line quattro. Its nothing special anymore. Its Audi's ford asbo - no thanks

    Doesn't look anything special.
    I was standing at a bus-stop the other day,and an Avus/Akoya RS4 drove past,slowly.
I just thought it was an S-line something or other, until I saw the badge at the back.

I like the colour, but they could do more with the styling.

The old S3 is visably wider, lower, and meaner than the A3

boring, and the RS 4 type rims look really flat and average in comparison to the ones on the RS 4, no dish to the spokes at all :(

Agreed, they look like cheap replicas.

It's annoying as when you see the new TT with 19" RS4s looking amazing you wonder why audi couldn't put them on the S3.
