Im looking at selling mine with 3 v good dunlop sports and one not so great but still good dunlop sport but they dont seem to fetch anything. does anyone know why?

Who fits [apart from dubbers and mini owners] smaller alloys these days? You dont oftern hear someone gong on about the standard fit 16s they bought the other day do ya? Dont get me wrong if i had an a3 1.6 with steelies on it i'd be looking for some 1.8T alloys if i werent flush with the dollarpounds but if i could afford it i'd go with some other alloys of a bigger size. Its just how it is bud..

    Yeah, my thoughts exactly.

You can get nice 17's and 18's at good prices these days and what with the crunch this only cheapens the 17's and 18's to make them affordable.

The crunch also affects peoples spending power... saving candy for food and bills instead of luxury goods like alloys.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

if the tyres are good, take them off and sell seperate as alot of people will be intrested in good quality 16" tyres
you could then sell the alloys seperate a someone may just need a spare or may have one damaged alloy
