Why does my service indicator only reset to 9300miles...

...and not 10,000miles which is the standard amount for Interval services (i.e. not AVS).

The car is TDI/2000 (not facelift) with DIS and was previously on AVS service plan.
 
Even though your dash is coded to display miles for uk, the service info within the dash is measured in kilometers. Standard service on non longlife is 15000 km which is about 9300miles.
 
didnt someone post this about two weeks ago?? I'm sure thats just wat its set too and it changes according to your driving style. Do a search on it mate.

Yes your right, i questioned this too, it will adjust after about 1K i think mine was, well it took about 3-4 weeks before i noticed the changed, cuz i thought at the time, hang on, lol, why is it showing, but audi assured me it would change and it did indeed..
