As far as I can see there seems to be no real pattern as to why some S-Line cabs have the nicer (IMO) S-Line fron spoiler/bumper and other S-Lines have the SE bumper?!

I'm sure this has been done to death but I'm sure someone knows why.

and now the obvious question..

...Is an S-Line front spoiler from a saloon a direct fit for an S-Line cab that has the SE bumper?

Obviously I know that the foglight surrounds are different, but is there anything else?

Any help would be much appreciated :beerchug:

Cheers,

J

Right I can answer this as I have an s-line cab with an SE bumper.

On some earlier models audi has a shortage of s-line bumpers so fitted SE one's, it is random to if you got either.

Yes the saloon will fit, many have updated to an s-line one or added a Cupra R splitter.

as above its random by audi
and the s-line bumper is a direct fit saloon or avant
or DTM

Thanks for the replies peeps.

I looked at an 06 plate S-Line Cabrio lately and that had the S-Line front bumper on it, but now I've bought a nicer 07 plate S-Line Cabrio and its got the SE bumper on it. Strange!

Think I'll look at the possibility of fitting an S-Line front bumper sometime in the future.

Is there that much of a difference other than removable fog surrounds?
