whistling noise?

I picked up a new A3 2.0TDI S-line a couple of weeks ago and it's making a strange noise.

When the engine warms up (after about 20mins) there's a high pitched whistling noise. As you change the pressure on the accelerator the noise changes and it sounds just like a ****** swannee whitsle (god knows how to spell it)! Anyone have any idea what it might be?

Also, it has developed a rattley dash board and the cup holder is wonky. Audi build quality eh? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

my turbo is getting real loud at around 2k RPM ,is it at a specific engine rev or all the time?

It seems to be there all the time.

I'm taking the car to the dealers tomorrow so will see what they say.
