Which wheel goes with these centre caps?

So it's wet outside and stuck inside with my son whos sleeping so thought I would find out what all the part numbers mean on the Audi invoices I got with my A4.

Few weird ones like washer jet covers being bought even though it doesn't have them?

Most are basic bits and bobs but includes the towbar and parking sensors.

But anyways I bought it with what I later found out to be RS6 reps, the spare is some random 5 spoke 17" yet on the Audi service they mention the spare is 17" when it should be 18"!?

The part number in question is 8E0 601 165H 7ZJ

Those hub caps look to be for the Avus alloys...S3/S4/S6/S8 alloys. They come in 17" for the S3, S4 and S6 & 18" for the S8 D2s'. (iirc)

Cheers, they look like a match to the images I found on the part number.

Still can't get my head round Audi comment on the service receipt. And seems the wheels would of been fairly expensive back then in 2007 when they bought the new caps.
