Which tyres do I need for my rims??

Hi can somebody help,

I'm looking at buying a set of wheels without tyres, was hoping that i could swap the tyres on my alloys for these new rims...

I currently have stock s-line 18" 5 spoke RS6 style alloys - 225/40/18 tyres

The wheels i'm looking at have a width of 7.5j and are genuine 18" audi BBS alloys, can anybody tell me if they will fit , and confirm what offset and stud diameter i have on my rims?

Yes they are identical to the ones already on your car so no worries. I think I know which ones your after too.....ebay?! ;-)

only difference is your current wheels are ET54 and the BBS are ET52 i think so nothing in it (the new BBS will stick out 2mm further), both 7.5 inch wide, go for it.......if you beat me in the auction

O.k. thanks, thats put me at ease... fortunatley the one's i've found aren't on e-bay but think i'll look now lol
