Which iPod connection?

About to buy a 2006 A4 2.0T FSI Quattro S Line Special Edition & wondered what is the best connection to get for an ipod?

If it can't be controlled through the stereo fully (want more control than just play lists) what are my options? A cradle?

Trying to find out what's the best one to buy to get full control on the iPod, bearing in mind it has the Bose stereo system in it

Been looking at this myself, this company seems to have the best Audi friendly Ipod stuff on the net, here are a few ebay links but they have a website too. (1st link for the vw setup but they do an Audi one too)
