    look down on the bottom of the page when you post on Post rules click on Smilies and copy and paste

    or click post reply button and you'll have them there, with the option to click "more" for more of em

    I still don't see 'em.
    Tried 6 different PCs...and no smilies.
    Where are they supposed to be?

    Got 'em...had to change to the standard message editor from the default basic message editor.

    Yep, as Glen says; you need to change your editor style to "Standard" or "WYSIWYG" in order to get quick access to the smilies...

    If you click "User CP" at the top menu-bar; you'll go to your User Control Panel (funny that!); then on the left there are some more options; click "Edit Options" and scroll to the bottom of the page.

    The option looks like this:
