It needs to be authorised by the admin before it will appear if you posted it in the trading section, if you didn't it should have been moved there.
I would think that is has disapeared because:-
a) You posted it in the wrong section
b) It wasn't moved to the trading post like it would normally be as this would break the rules of having a minimum of 40 posts before you can advertise.
