    Quick question?
My OEM wheels are ET20. I run 10mm spacers to. This makes the wheel the equivalent of ET30?

There is a small anmount of space available between the tyre/wheel and arch. Presumably if I went to an ET45 wheel, the wheel would actually extend beyond the arch?

Is it not the other way about, the higher the offset the further into the arch the wheel sits. 20mm ET with 10mm spacer equal 10mm offset.

Could you take your spacers off and buy some 15 or 20mm spacers..? Hopefully that will fill the gap

They would be ET10 this is minus as the diagram shows till you get to 0 offset then it becomes positive offset all the time the wheels are sticking out further and further .

it's the other way around (to Stoaksey's original comment)

    ET20 + 10mm spacer = ET10...
