wheel spacer sizes?

hey guys ive got the standard tdi sport wheels on my 8p 3 dr (17 x 7.5 ET43... i think)
ive lowered the car 30 mm and was wondering how wide i could go front and rear without rubbing problems?
any help appreciated

if the et is the same as on the S3's which i guess it prob is, then ive been told you can go upto 15mm spacers all round, even with a drop
im running a 25mm drop on my S3 with 10mm up front & 12mm at the back and dont get any rubbing
if you can its better to get a 2mm wider set for the back as the tack is 2mm narrower then the front, so that will balance the stance out

ill be going for 12mm-rear 10mm-front but my standard Pescaras are ET54 i think
