wheel fitment/offset etc help

hi guys,

so im looking at picking up an s4 in the next few weeks, what fitment can i get away with on the wheels - read over on audizine that a dude got rubbing on et32 225 fronts - what have you found to fit without any arch rolling etc?

i thought 18 with 8.5j and et30 would be alright but maybe not?

would 235 tyres on 9.5j et30 fit the rears???

What exactly will go depends on the tyre size and brand, exact offsets, how low the car is etc etc. All you can do is see what other folk have achieved and make a bit of a guess/judgement call.

Theres a bit more room in the rear than there is up front.

FYI I run an 8.5J (iirc) ET35 wheel with 225/40/18 tyres and on a big hit, outbraked myself, the tyre contacted the lip.

I'm on et36 8" 225/40/18 and it catches and destroys arch liners on track up front.
