what's the standard size wheel's for Audi A4?

I'm intrigued by this myself as I am currently looking for some new tyres. I have A4 Avant 1.8T Quattro and it's fitted with 205/50/16 Michelin Primacy's.......When looking on tyre websites that give you the option to search by your registration the matches that come back are nothing like what I already have and that's consistent over several websites! They seem to range from 195 to 215/55 15,16 or17's Strange!

is it 225?

That's a tyre size, not a wheel size. The standard wheel/tyre sizes will depend on which particular A4 model you have, and what year it was made. For example, a B7 1.9TDi from, say, 2005, might have 16" wheels, fitted with 205/55x16 tyres if it's an SE, but 18" wheels with 235/40x18 tyres if it's an S-Line. I have a 3.0TDi Quattro SE, and the standard fitment is 17" wheels, fitted with 235/45x17 tyres, although I'm presently running a set of 225/45x17 tyres on it.

So, let's begin at the beginning; what car have you got, and what size wheels and tyres is it presently fitted with?
