Does anyone know what the latest version of the MMI software and maps is? Any ideas of sourcing and pricing (both from Audi and elsewhere)?

Current: 2010 A6 Avant Le Mans 2.7TDi Quattro

PLEASE HELP.....I would like to upgrade the MMI Software in my 2010 A4, but I dont know if there is even a newer version available, and I can't find out how to tell if a new version has been released.

    I'm running the following...

    Software Version: HNav_US_P0110_D1
    Nav. Database: 8R0060884F_NAR 5.3.4

PS: My car supports the Hard Disk Drive (HDD)

    Please help!

    Thanks so much.

HDD 3G map/MMI updates should only be done by the main dealership as they require SVM codes to be properly implemented.

There is an MMI update that fixes the turning on roundabouts etc, but again Audi should be doing it.

The map updates take about 2 hours and you buy an activation key from parts and then the update is carried out by Audi service, they hold an SD card with the latest maps on and use that in conjunction with your activation code and SVM code to update the system.

If you do it yourself you can kill your HDD nav.

Also I believe that the 2011 maps are going to be updated soon.
