What RPM does your TDI tick-over at?

After a service the tick-over speed of my A3 Quattro 1.9 TDI (130) has never felt right (too high), someone in a previous post mentioned to look at all of the vacuum hoses were connected and tight, I checked and there are.

So the questions are (1) What RPM does your engine tick-over at (guess it needs to be a 1.9 130 bhp to be a fair comparison)? (2) What should the tick-over be? If necessary how do you alter it?

No idea mate but my 1.9 TDi 130bhp A4 idles at just under 1000 rpm.

Mine's around 850-900 I guess but have no idea how accurate the revcounter is.

950, but its a 110.... I dont think the power rating would make much difference to the idle....
