What oil for remapped 1.8t 180bhp?

I know this has been asked a few times but what oil do you guys reccomend for a remapped 180bhp 1.8t as my 40k service will be due soon and wondering what oil to use as i drive the car quite hard. and would you guys reccomend a change every 5k? or is this excessive?

mobil 1 or any other 0-5W 30, I see a £20 cost every 5k as pennies for your peice of mind. try costco its on special £19.99 for 5l! I have been hoarding it in case they stop selling!

I always use castrol edge,as jcb says 0 or 5W-30.
