A friend of mine has 12 plate RS4 with only 1400 miles on the clock. What sort of value would this have? I am asking as I do not think that he is being offered a good trade in from an Audi garage. He is looking at an A5 Sportback as a replacement.

I probably need to explain why the question. He is looking to change his car now as he realises that the RS4 is not really the car for him. He has been offered a A5 Sportback 2.0T ex demo on a 13 plate as an almost direct swop. That definitely does not sound like a good deal.

Any pointers anybody could provide on value would be very useful. It is pretty much a standard model in black.

12 plate will make it a B8, and for some reason this forum only says B5 & B7???

Does a Mod need to update the thread name?
