what can i expect to pay for a 1.8ts avant?

ive seen a 1997/R 1.8t sport avant, fwd, 99k, FSH, 15" audi alloys, all standard. i just want to know what i should be paying for it?

6 months MOT and tax. needs a replacement wing due to a few scratches, its not facelift but its not got the audi oval badges on the front wings.

I would have thought around £2k maybe - i'm a little out of touch with B5's but normally the saloons get a little more - i'd just do a bit of diggin around on ebay, pistonheads and autotrader - and not forgetting the classifieds on here!

i'd pay less than 2k if it were me.
mine was £3500 on 69k with the votex kit and full leather

no wing badges might suggest an accident ?

I paid 2k for my 2000 1.8T Quattro...

1k if its in good nick for a PFL FWD.

If i was spending 2k i would wait till a TQS pops up.

I would give him 1k no more than 1.5k depending on condition then again I wouldn't give him any thing I'd do as Ian says and wait for a tqs to pop up as I paid 2.5k for my 99 tqs with electric recaro's around 6 month ago and it was worth it as I sold the White PFL 98' 1.8 ADR to my brother for 800 quid happy days
