I'd love to take stinky back to the father land.....It would be a cool send off for the ole' girl as she was originaly driven over from new back in 97 by the 1st owner and diesels aren't uncommon on that holiest of race tracks.....I'd be cautious about hammering her around the ring though, might not make it back!

I would love to go there at some point.

Any pics of anything special in the car park or on the track?

I was just a few miles from the 'ring on my trip across Europe...

My excuses for not going round:- A), if I stacked it we would have had no way of getting home, B) we drove past at 2AM. And, I suppose, C) I'm lame.

Ahh, you'll never know now if you'd a bined it....imagine if you'd got on the track at 2am.... no traffic... the ring at night! Wooo. If anybody had asked.... 'Sorry old chap, I think I took a wrong turn at Austria! which way to Belgium? - thanks awfully - toodle pip!' etc.
    Works all the time.

lol. Doesn't everybody south of Carlisle talk like that, handle bar mustachios etc... big white scarfs flapping in the wind and driving triumphs or V8 MGs when not pottering around in their Audi's ;O)

It'd be a serious blast though to go to the ring. Hat's off ADAM-D ..

Hey man, off topic and sorry for hijack this post temporarily but you happen to know much about the inlet manifolds on the 2.0duratec engines? Heard about problems with them are you solely old school? (we could continue this elsewhere if need be?)

Never come across any issues. What car and year and what sort of problem? Good mate of mine runs a Ford specialist tuning company so I can pick his brains for you if it'll help
