Basically the same as replacing the cambelt, since it's got to come off to allow you to change the

Since you've got to go all that way, might aswell replace belt and tensioner+pulley at same time. Job is not easy though...for the semi experienced with the right tools i would think 4-6 hours...there's is little space to work in! At the stealers - quotes range between £330 (v. cheap) to £500ish. If DIY , you're looking at parts prices with VAT coming to £120ish
