Water pressurising upwards loosing coolent

Hi guys a3 06 2.0 TDI had head gasket repaired. I'm still loosing coolant it keeps pushing it out the top. The garage is stil not understanding why. They think it was the ecr unit why the coolant level keeps dropping but there are now signs of coolant round the coolant tank where it pushing it out hmmmmm?????

cheapest thing to start with.

I would check the water pump as it's quite likely
