I think the actuator may struggle to give 310bhp. Wouldn't be surprised if its commented on as stock actuators are rubbish at holding boost.

What are my actuator options? It's obviously got a bit more strength in it then an old tired one but what can I get the RTech lads to do to make it hold?
Niki is saying that it is cracking at the top end but he'll try to add another 3-4mm pre load to it before he's finished.
Oh I'm sure r-tech are on the case, they've probably tested it with a spring or something to give it more clamping force if its required anyway, but if an uprated one is needed then just do the same as Dave did and use a t3 10psi actuator, modified to your stock bracket. Pretty simple job and the actuator is about £70. But that's only if its needed you may well be fine but either way its not a big job . Hour in total maybe.
Yeah a simple job to replace, you just need to extend the arm, I dont know if Dan has any left in stock maybe PM him?

I'm waiting on an update on my car as they were fitting the 550s and beginning the base map yesterday.
Injectors are in and fuelling done. Needs live mapping doing now.

Update from Niki says its now 296bhp but 330lbft torque. He's set it up so there's lots of timing advance on part throttle and said it feels as strong as an R32 then at 90-100% throttle all hell brakes loose lol.

He said it may make 300 tomorrow once cool as he's been running it all day mapping it. So we'll see
At the end of the day it's all about road drivability and this car will still be a beast. 300 would be nice on a graph even if it is only 1 time.
And stops you from getting a size 4 foot impacting on your nuts from welly.
Tell Niki at R-techthat your balls are in danger unless he can squeeze another 4bhp out of it!!

That torque will be insane....may need to get some decent tyres for the winter otherwise will be lighting all four up everywhere

It's not a final figure yet. I'm sure Nick can make it hit 300 but we may have to wait till the morning. Unfortunately the car probably will hit 300 on the road as there's more air then the fans on a dyno but we'll never know.
