Volume button no working

Need some help.

Anyone experience their volume button not working, but the rewind and forward is ok.

Volume control is still working through the steering wheel.

Read a reboot of the mmi might fix it, but not sure how to do it.

If anyone has any other suggests, please share with me.

Model is a b8.5

I have intermittent gremlins with the steering wheel controls not working. Always fine after a restart. Happens pretty rarely so I just live with it.
